The customer service is very poor. The people that work here don't care about the customers. They post signs up on the window to deter you from walking in. This place wants you not to pay for your service because they will auction your things extemely quickly and not even call you or notifiy you. Also found 4 dead baby mice in my storage unit. I have pictures to prove it ! Disgusting place. do not trust I storage ! Thieves
The staff has always been courteous and understanding!
The new owner are lazy and didn't even tell it renters that they changed over. Had a hard time getting a hold of them. Then they way over charge. I wouldn't ever put your stuff here. Tri state storage was way better sad to see them go.
